📦 When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way!
🎁 Can I send a gift?
Absolutely! Just leave a note at checkout, and we’ll leave out the price and include a gift-friendly packing slip. We’re happy to add a handwritten note too—just tell us what you’d like it to say.
💃 Will my boot survive a disco party?
Let’s just say: She was made for it. Our disco boots are wrapped in real mirrored tiles and backed with strong adhesive—but as with any diva, treat her with care. Avoid soaking, dropping, or rough handling for the longest-lasting sparkle.
🥤 Do your boots fit all Stanley tumblers?
Our silicone boots are designed to fit Stanley 40 oz Quencher H2.0 FlowState Tumblers. They may fit similarly sized cups, but we can’t guarantee a perfect fit for non-Stanley brands.
🔄 Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin preparing your order quickly, so we can’t guarantee changes once it’s placed. If you need to make an edit, email us as soon as possible at [your email here], and we’ll do our best to catch it in time!
❌ What if I need to return something?
Because our products are custom-molded and often limited edition, all sales are final—we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please see our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
💔 My item arrived damaged—what do I do?
Oh no! Please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we’ll make it right.
🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Not yet—but we hope to in the future! For now, we ship to U.S. addresses only.
💌 Do you include invoices or prices in the package?
Nope! Our packaging is gift-friendly and doesn’t include prices—great for surprises. Your receipt will be emailed to you instead.
🛁 Can I put my tumbler boot in the dishwasher?
For best results, hand wash only. Our disco boots in particular are not fans of heat or prolonged moisture. Think of them like platform shoes: fabulous, but not made for the rinse cycle.
